Pantufo (population: 1,929 in 2000, 2,169 in 2005) is a town in the Água Grande District of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is located 5km from the capital São Tomé. Along with the capital, Pantufo has traditionally been considered the only urban settlement in the country.
